About EasyEV
EasyEV helps electric vehicle drivers find charging stations in Lithuania, compare prices and choose the cheapest or the fastest option. The service works in the browser and as an Android app, and both use the same account. The website is available in Lithuanian and English, and you can choose the language in the top bar.
Station map and list
- Stations from the Ignitis ON, Eldrive, Eleport, Enefit Volt and Inbalance networks, as well as Stuart, Elektrum, Stova, Įkrautas, Lidl, IONITY, Neste, Virši and municipal stations, on one map.
- Marker colours show the price level, while fast (from 50 kW) and out-of-order stations are marked separately.
- The data is updated regularly, and each connector shows its type, power, status and price.
- A station that has not been updated for more than 3 hours is marked "Outdated data", and a station whose connectors are all out of order, or which has been fully occupied for two days in a row, is shown as "Unavailable". Such stations are left out of "Available stations only".
- Search by name or address, and sort by distance, price or name.
Filters
- Operator, connector type (CCS or Type 2), available stations only.
- Maximum price, minimum power, maximum distance from you.
- Favourites only, only stations that suit your car, price dropped in the last 7 days.
Prices and price history
- When you are signed in, the prices of each connector and a price history chart are shown (the daily price over the last 30 days, with at least 7 fitting on the screen).
- Price tiers: each connector is compared with its own group (Type 2, CCS up to 99 kW and CCS from 100 kW). 1-3 coins are shown next to the price (cheap, average, expensive), and a price far below or above the group median is marked "Super cheap!" or "Expensive!".
- Stations with a dynamic price (following the electricity exchange) are marked "Dynamic price", and the "Forecast" button shows a chart of the prices for the next 12 hours.
- Charging cost calculator: enter the battery capacity and the desired charge level, and you will see an approximate price for each connector.
Occupancy and load
When you are signed in, you can see how long a station is usually occupied, an hourly chart of when it is the least busy, and the station load over a day. These figures need a few days of collected data, and the list can be sorted by the lowest occupancy.
Statistics
The page easyev.lt/en/statistika has eight sections. Everyone, guests included, can see Overview, Operators, Power and connectors, Territories (counties, municipalities and cities, stations per 10,000 residents), Electric vehicles (the fleet of electric vehicles registered in Lithuania from the Regitra open data, a fuel type chart, makes and models) and Geography. Signed-in users also get Prices (the cheapest and the most expensive stations, average prices, price by territory) and Occupancy. The electric vehicle fleet statistics are only on the website.
Optimal price
Enter the search radius, your car's power, the energy you need and the time you have. EasyEV calculates up to 10 best stations by total cost, including the trip to the station, and shows the price, duration and distance. This is a calculation algorithm, not a language model.
My car
Choose a make and model from the catalogue or enter your own details: battery capacity, charging power, consumption and connector types. The list can then show only the stations that suit you. The catalogue is updated weekly from open sources (EVDB, Kilowatt Open EV Data).
Favourites, reviews and alerts
- Favourite stations are saved in your account and are visible on the website and in the app.
- Rating from 1 to 5 stars, comments and reports: out of order, not working properly, low power, a cafe or shop nearby.
- Email alerts: when a CCS connector becomes free, when the price at a station drops, or when the forecast price at a dynamic-price station reaches the price you set (up to 5 EUR/kWh). You can unsubscribe with one click.
Android app
The app has the same features, plus filters by comments and ratings, quick map filters and a schedule of dynamic prices. The app uses only internet and location permissions, and there are no push notifications.
Data sources
Part of the station and price data comes from the Via Lietuva open data (ev.vialietuva.lt), licence CC BY 4.0. The data has been processed: matched with the data of other operators, prices recalculated with VAT and additional fees added. When it is not known whether VAT is included in the price, the price is marked with "~" and is approximate.
Account
Guests see the stations, but prices are shown only to signed-in users. Registration is free and requires confirming your email. Once signed in, you can write a message to the administrators ("Write to us!") and see the reply in the "My messages" tab.
Privacy policy ยท Account deletion
Price and station data is collected by EasyEV from the operators' public interfaces. Prices are indicative, so check them in the operator's app before charging.
