How to delete your EasyEV account
You can delete your account yourself, in a few seconds. Deletion is irreversible.
On the website
- Sign in at easyev.lt.
- Click your name at the top and open the "Account" tab.
- At the bottom of the page choose "Delete account", enter your current password and confirm.
In the Android app
- Sign in to the app, open "Settings" and then tap "My account".
- At the bottom of the screen choose "Delete account", enter your current password and confirm.
What will be deleted
- Your account (email, name, password).
- Favourite stations, car data and settings.
- Email notification subscriptions.
- Your ratings, comments, reports about stations and "helpful" votes.
- Messages to administrators and their replies.
Activity log entries (account identifier, action, time) are deleted automatically within 3 months of their creation.
If you cannot sign in
If you forgot your password, first reset it in the sign-in window ("Forgot your password?") and then delete your account as described above. If you cannot sign in any other way, write to info@easyev.lt from your account's email address, and we will delete it.
